Fluffy Keto Cottage Cheese Bread Bagels

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, and grated cheese. Mix until well combined.

Use your hands or a spoon to shape the mixture into small bagel-like rounds. (You can also use a silicone donut mold for even shaping.)

Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking tray.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
