In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and golden, about 5–7 minutes.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, and seasonings. Add the sautéed mushrooms and garlic mixture. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
Bake the Dip:
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish and Serve:
Once the dip is baked, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley. Serve it warm with bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
