Protein-Packed Breakfast Bowl

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the sliced sweet potatoes with ½ tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.

2. Sauté the Turkey Sausage & Spinach:

Heat ½ tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the turkey sausage slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

Add the spinach and sauté for 1-2 minutes, just until wilted.

3. Scramble the Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook them in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until they are just set (avoid overcooking).

4. Assemble the Bowl:

Arrange the scrambled eggs, roasted sweet potatoes, turkey sausage, spinach, and sliced avocado in a bowl.

5. Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired and enjoy!
