Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and let it preheat for 2–3 minutes.
Prepare the Cups: Lightly grease ramekins or silicone muffin cups with cooking spray or oil.
Add Water: Pour about 2 tablespoons of water into each cup to help steam the egg.
Crack the Eggs: Gently crack an egg into each prepared cup.
Air Fry: Place the cups in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft poached eggs, or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Serve: Use a spoon to gently remove the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
