Delicious Rice with Eggs and Minced Meat

This comforting rice dish is a favorite among my grandchildren, and I cook it every day for them. It's a simple yet flavorful recipe that combines tender rice with savory eggs, vegetables, and a creamy, cheesy finish. Perfect for a family meal!

Ingredients:
2 eggs

200g rice (1 cup)

400ml water (2 glasses)

1 tsp salt

Vegetable oil (for cooking)

1 onion, finely chopped

1 carrot, grated

3 cloves garlic, minced

500g minced meat (beef or pork)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp mixed peppers

½ head Chinese cabbage, chopped

2 tbsp sour cream

50 ml cream

2 tbsp tomato paste

30 ml water

150g suluguni cheese, grated (or any semi-soft cheese)
