Bacon-Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

Wrap Sausages: Wrap each cocktail sausage with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

Season: Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet. Generously sprinkle brown sugar over them. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the brown sugar has caramelized.

Serve: Serve warm as a sweet and savory appetizer.
