Garlic Butter Bliss Chicken Skillet

Heat the Skillet: Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Season the Chicken: Sprinkle the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Sear the Chicken: Place the chicken in the hot skillet and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes to get a golden crust.

Flip & Cook: Turn the chicken over and cook another 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.

Deglaze the Pan: Pour in the white wine or chicken broth, scraping up the brown bits at the bottom of the pan to build flavor.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Add the butter and stir until melted. Mix in the garlic and cook for 1 minute—just until fragrant.

Finish: Return the chicken to the pan. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over it and simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
