Delicious Cottage Cheese and Ricotta Pastry Pockets

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. For extra flavor, you can add lemon zest to brighten up the filling.

Make the Dough:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add in the flour and butter (additional ingredients like flour, butter, etc., may be needed based on dough recipe specifics), then mix to form a dough. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet.

Assemble the Pockets:

Cut the dough into squares or circles. Place a spoonful of the cheese filling in the center of each piece.
