Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Garlic Olive Oil:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with the minced garlic. Brush this garlic oil mixture over the dough.
Layer the Cheese and Steak:
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella (or provolone) and all of the Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the dough. Add the sliced steak, spreading it out evenly.
Season:
Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder (if using).
Fold and Slice:
Fold the dough over the filling, gently pressing to seal. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.
Twist and Arrange:
Twist each strip and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Add Remaining Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top of the twisted strips.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce or queso for dipping.
