In a large bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it stand for about 5 minutes, or until the yeast becomes foamy.
Add Remaining Ingredients:
To the yeast mixture, add the salt, flour, and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour as needed.
Let Rise:
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
