Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Bacon:
Cut the bacon into thirds. Each third will be used to wrap one Little Smokie.
Wrap the Sausages:
Take each Little Smokie sausage and wrap it tightly with a piece of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary.
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place the bacon-wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Optional Sweet Glaze:
If you're adding a sweet touch, sprinkle the wrapped sausages with brown sugar and a pinch of black pepper and smoked paprika for a little extra flavor.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are heated through. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn.
Serve:
Once the bacon is crispy and golden, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Remove the toothpicks if used.
