Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 ½ cups (450 g) all-purpose flour
1 packet (7 g) active dry yeast
¼ cup (50 g) sugar
¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk
1 egg
¼ cup (60 g) butter, softened
1 pinch of salt
For the Streusel (Crumb Topping):
½ cup (100 g) sugar
1 cup (125 g) flour
½ cup (110 g) cold butter, cubed
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla sugar or cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk or lemon juice
