Wash and thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or jar filled with 1 liter of filtered water.
Stir gently and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for stronger flavor.
Drink throughout the day, ideally starting with a glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
