Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Create the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked ravioli and seared steak back into the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
