2 large russet potatoes, baked

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped green onions

For the Parmesan Asparagus:
1 bunch asparagus

1 tbsp olive oil
