Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the broccoli florets and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
