This is the only way I cook zucchini! A tasty and simple dish, perfect as a side or even as a main course.
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchinis
Salt (to taste, used in the steps)
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup (100 ml) milk
60g (2.11 oz) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
30g grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for greasing)
