Simple and Delicious Broccoli Recipe

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Steam or blanch them in boiling water for about 3 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp. Drain well and set aside.

2. Cook the Onion and Green Onion:
Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the green onion and cook for another minute.

3. Cook the Eggs:
Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli to the pan with the sautéed onions. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture, making sure the eggs cover the broccoli evenly.

Let the eggs cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, then gently stir to ensure even cooking. Once the eggs are mostly cooked but still soft, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (if using). Let it melt for another minute.

4. Serve:
Once the eggs are fully set, transfer the broccoli mixture to a plate and serve hot.
