Savory Chicken Wraps with Garlic Cream Sauce

Season the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

Rest and slice: Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard (if using).

Stir until smooth and well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Optionally, add fresh parsley for extra color and flavor.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spread a generous amount of the garlic cream sauce in the center of each tortilla.

Add the sliced chicken on top of the sauce.

(Optional) Add extra toppings like lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, or shredded cheese for additional flavor and texture.

Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and roll up tightly to form wraps.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
