Healthy Apple & Oatmeal Bake (No Sugar)

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.

Beat the 2 eggs into the mashed banana.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, combine the oatmeal, raisins, dried cranberries, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Add the wet mixture (banana and eggs) to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined.

Add the Apples and Almonds:

Fold in the diced apples and chopped almonds. Mix gently.
