Garlic and Herb Roasted Potato Slices

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and slice the potatoes thickly, about 1/2 inch slices.

Place the potato slices in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3: Season the Potatoes
Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes.

Add the garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the slices evenly.

Step 4: Roast the Potatoes
Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through until they are golden and crispy on the edges.

Step 5: Add Butter and Serve
