Easy Oatmeal Bread Recipe (No Sugar, No Extra Calories)

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan with vegetable oil.

Prepare the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, psyllium, salt, baking powder, dried tomatoes, and oregano. Stir well to combine.

Add the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and kefir (or liquid yogurt). Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more kefir or water to adjust the consistency.

Grease the baking pan: Lightly grease the baking pan with vegetable oil, then pour the mixture into the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula to evenly distribute.

Sprinkle with toppings: Sprinkle sesame seeds and a little more oatmeal on top of the bread for added texture and crunch.

Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and serve: Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy it fresh out of the oven, or store it in an airtight container for later.
