Add the diced chicken, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps
Lay a large tortilla flat and sprinkle a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the center.
Add a generous portion of the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
