In a non-stick pan, melt the butter (or oil) over medium heat.
Step 2: Cook the Bananas
Add the banana slices in a single layer and let them cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes, until they start to caramelize.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the bananas and flip them gently with a spatula.
If using, drizzle honey or maple syrup and add vanilla extract. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy
