1 lb (450g) ribeye steak or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper (green, red, or yellow), sliced

2 tbsp butter
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
