Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Ensure that they are roughly the same size for even roasting.
Season the Cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Roast:
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
