White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters: A Festive and Irresistible Treat

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Combine the Ingredients:

Once the white chocolate is melted, stir in the dried cranberries and pecan halves (or pieces) until they are evenly coated with the chocolate. You can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract at this stage for extra flavor.
Form the Clusters:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the white chocolate mixture onto the prepared sheet, forming clusters about the size of a walnut.
Chill and Set:

Allow the clusters to cool at room temperature for a few minutes before placing them in the refrigerator to fully set. Chill for about 30-60 minutes or until the white chocolate has hardened.
Serve and Enjoy:

Once the clusters have set, serve them as a delicious snack, dessert, or treat. For an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster before chilling for a sweet and salty contrast.
