Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water for later use.
Sear the Chicken:

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the dried thyme and oregano, then return the chicken to the skillet. Toss the chicken in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

In another skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:

Add the cooked pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce, tossing to coat the noodles evenly. If necessary, add more pasta water to achieve the desired consistency. Once the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce, transfer it to serving plates.
Serve the Dish:

Top the creamy Parmesan pasta with the garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately for a comforting and satisfying meal!
