Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Bacon and Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Make the Sauce:
Lower the heat to medium-low. Add the cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and well combined with the beef mixture.
Slowly pour in the milk and beef broth, stirring to create a creamy sauce. Mix in the ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly in the sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve:
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining bacon. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot. Enjoy this comforting dish while it’s warm and gooey!
