Quick and Easy Apple Cake with Just 4 Apples

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round or square baking pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the Apples: Peel and dice the apples into small cubes. Set aside.
Mix the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Incorporate the Apples: Fold the diced apples into the batter until evenly distributed. If using nuts or raisins, add them now.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
