Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Juice the lemons.
Blend the Mixture:
In a blender, combine the onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, black pepper, and honey. Add 1 liter of water to the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Boil the Mixture:
Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 10–15 minutes, allowing the ingredients to infuse the water.
Strain the Liquid:
After simmering, strain the liquid to remove the solid pieces. You will be left with a smooth, aromatic drink.
Cool and Store:
Let the liquid cool to room temperature, then transfer it into a bottle or jar. Store it in the refrigerator.
Consume:
Drink 1 tablespoon of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach for optimal results.
