Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon: A Sweet and Savory Side Dish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving a bit of bacon fat in the skillet.
Toss the Brussels Sprouts:

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast the Brussels Sprouts:

Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Make the Honey Glaze:

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until well combined.
Combine and Serve:

Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey glaze over them. Add the crispy bacon and toss everything together gently to coat.
Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
