Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt completely.
Cook the Corn:
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until the corn is tender and heated through. If you're using frozen corn, make sure it’s fully thawed before cooking.
Add the Honey and Seasonings:
Once the corn is cooked, drizzle the honey over the top and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine, allowing the honey and butter to coat the corn evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve:
Transfer the honey butter corn to a serving dish and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
