Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
In the Crock-Pot, layer the sliced onions and minced garlic. Place the seasoned pork chops on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are fully covered.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Serve the smothered pork chops with the sauce, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
