In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat and set the beef aside.
Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your crockpot to prevent sticking.
Begin layering by spreading a thin layer of pasta sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, followed by a sprinkle of the browned ground beef.
Next, layer on some shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layering process: pasta sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheeses, until all ingredients are used up. Ensure the final layer is cheese.
Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the ravioli are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs, if desired.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4-5 hours | Servings: 6-8
