Cajun Chicken Pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion; sauté until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Return the chicken to the skillet and add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
