These Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients: Slice the kielbasa, peel and chop the apples, and finely chop the onion.
  2. Combine ingredients: Place the kielbasa, apples, and onion in a slow cooker.
  3. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Add sauce: Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to coat.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the apples are tender and the kielbasa is heated through.
  6. Serve: Stir gently and serve hot. Enjoy on their own or with toothpicks.
