Ingredients:

1 pie crust (store-bought or crafted at home)
15 ounces of pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
3 large eggs
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup white sugar (for the brûlée topping)
