  • 500 ml Milk
  • 500 ml Water
  • 300 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 200 g Semolina
  • 4 Eggs
  • 40 g Butter
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Orange Blossom Aroma
  • 1 Sachet Vanillin Flavoring (about 16 g)
