Ingredients

For the Crust:

3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup milk powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 packet rapid-rise yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup hot water (110–115°F)
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
For the Filling:

1/2 pound Italian salami
1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz sharp mozzarella cheese (brick)
For the Sauce (prepared in advance):

1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
