Flan pastry (Parisian)

Traditional Parisian vanilla flan
Ingredients:
1 liter of whole milk
1 drop of vanilla
6 eggs
180 g of sugar
120 g of corn starch (Ma ïzena)
20 cl of whole liquid cream
1 ready-to-go batter dough
Butter for the mold
Preparation:
Preparation of vanilla milk: Heat the milk in a saucepan with the vanilla goose split in half and grated to release the seeds. Once the milk is hot, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the vanilla infuse for 10 minutes.
