Directions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine 7 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dried yeast. Add 1 cup of lukewarm milk and let it sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.

- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and crushed walnuts.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 9 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan, leaving some space between them.
- Let the rolls rise for an additional 20 minutes.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
