Mini Pancake Cereal
In a bowl sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and set aside,
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter and egg,
Pour the dry ingridients into the milk mixture and stir, then add vanilla essence
Pour the batter mixture into a squeeze bottle or a plastic with a tiny hole cut in corner
Heat a non-stick pan over medium low heat and lightly greased, squeeze small, coin-sized drops of pancake batter onto pan to form mini pancakes
Cook for about 1 to 2 mins on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through
Serve the pancakes in a bowl with a drizzle of maple syrup and berries
