LOBSTER TAILS WITH GARLIC HERB BUTTER SAUCE

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell.
Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Season and Bake:
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic herb butter sauce.
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:
Brush the lobster tails with more garlic herb butter sauce before serving.
Garnish with lemon wedges and additional fresh parsley if desired.
