Baked Feta Pasta

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and feta cheese.
Sprinkle dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper over the top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is soft and golden.
Cook the Pasta:
While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Combine and Serve:
Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the feta and tomatoes together until creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the baking dish and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
