Pizzagna

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Assemble the Pizzagna:
2. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
3. Place two lasagna sheets on top of the sauce. Spread a portion of the cooked Italian sausage and pepperoni over the noodles. Add some mushrooms and bell peppers if using.
4. Sprinkle with a portion of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of lasagna sheets topped with sauce and the remaining cheese.
Bake:
6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
8. Let the Pizzagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy this fun and flavorful twist on lasagna!
