Pizza Grilled Cheese

Prepare the Bread:
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Assemble the Sandwiches:
2. On the non-buttered side of four slices of bread, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce. Top with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 4 slices of pepperoni (or other toppings), and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
Cook the Grilled Cheese:
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
4. Slice in half and enjoy this cheesy, delicious Pizza Grilled Cheese!
