Hawaiian Fried Rice

Cook the Ham and Vegetables:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add your diced ham, chopped bell pepper, and the white parts of the scallions. Sauté for about 5-8 minutes until the peppers soften and the ham browns.
Add Pineapple:
2. Add the pineapple tidbits and cook with the ham and vegetables for about 2 minutes.
Scramble the Eggs:
3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and push everything to one side of the pan. Add the beaten eggs to the cleared spot of the pan. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
Prepare the Rice:
4. Remove everything from the pan and set aside. Return the pan to medium-high heat and add the butter and sesame oil.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and pour over the soy sauce.
Combine and Serve:
6. Add the ham, vegetables, pineapple, and scrambled eggs back to the pan. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Garnish with the green parts of the scallions and serve your flavorful Hawaiian Fried Rice!
