Elvis Presley Sheet Cake

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Cake:
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake:
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
Make the Topping:
5. In a saucepan, combine the crushed pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
