Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over them.
Flip the potatoes, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Finish Baking:
Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
